In brief — from the licence deed

The Licensor grants a limited licence over their contributions — to the extent they hold rights in them — and reserves all other rights. Nobody is asked to accept or sign anything.

You may— record the conversation; transcribe it; take notes; make summaries for a participant's own reference; retain the record; quote the contributions internally among those present.

The licence is granted on condition that:

  • No AI training — the Record and the Contributions are not licensed for training or fine-tuning AI or machine-learning models.
  • No derivatives — the licence does not cover making derivative works from the Record or the Contributions.
  • No redistribution — the licence does not cover providing the Record to anyone beyond Those Present in the Conversation.
  • No use in proceedings — the licence does not cover use of the Record in legal or regulatory proceedings without the Licensor's prior consent. This never limits disclosure or use required by law.

A use that does not observe a condition is simply not licensed. All other rights reserved.
